Repair and Resize

Why pay for patching when you can replace with a like new bulkhead at a much lower price?  We can repair or resize bulkheads damaged with the core of the bulkhead still intact.  We will repair the following when needed:

• Repair all holes and cuts in the vinyl
• Replace the mid seam with new two-way hinge
• Replace the crush foam perimeter with vinyl or ballistic nylon
• Replace the scuff plate
• Replace E-track straps if needed
• Replace the handles and hardware if needed
• Resize to your specifications

Resize

Below is an example of a bulkhead that was 102 inches high and has been resized to fit the customer’s new trailer. The new bulkhead is 96 inches high with 2 windows, new scuff plate, new foam, ballistic nylon, new two-way hinge mid seam and strap hardware.
